Personal data that is required for entering a sales contract will be used by A la Carte Maps solely for the purpose of carrying out such a contract and for contacting the customer. A la Carte Maps only collects the data that is required for a successful completion of the sales contract and for contacting the customer if required. A la Carte Maps may issue newsletters to its customers. These newsletters can be unsubscribed by a link provided in the same newsletter.

We are legally required to store some of the data for a certain period of time for tax and accounting reasons. Where this is the case, data will be stored in such a way to prevent access by ineligible third parties.

Personal information such as names, addresses and contact details are submitted in an unencrypted manner. A la Carte Maps is not liable for the access to such information by third parties while being transferred to our systems from a customer‘s PC.

All credit card information is submitted via SSL encryption directly to the credit card processor. A la Carte Maps at no point in time has access to the submitted credit card details.
